National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, in his Eid-el- Kabir message from his media Office on Saturday in Lagos, called on Nigerians to pray to God to bring disciplined leaders that would help transform the country by making things work. “Nigeria needs help. The problems we ought to have overcome now threaten to overcome us. Millions of our people endure the daily grind of poverty and deprivation,” he said. Tinubu lamented that in the midst of plenty, the country remained empty, but expressed optimism that Nigeria would experience a new day.

According to Gregg, the herd of Buffalo spotted the lion, which had earlier been forced out of his pride, and went after him. Ebola virus hit spain

The deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) has reportedly found its way to Europe through Spain after a nurse who treated a victim of the disease in Madrid tested Ebola- positive. This was made known on Monday by the Spanish health minister, Ana Mato, who also revealed that the nurse is the first person in the current outbreak known to have contracted Ebola outside Africa continent, CNN reports. According Mato, the nurse was among the team that treated Spanish priest Manuel Garcia Viejo, who died on September 25, 2014, in the hospital Carlos III de Madrid after catching Ebola in Sierra Leone. The health minister said the woman developed symptoms on September 30, adding that she was not hospitalized until this week because her only symptom was a fever. “We are working in coordination to give the best care to the patient and to guarantee the safety of all citizens,” Mato said. Former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson revealed Rooney handed in a transfer request ahead of the 2013 summer window, with Monaco believed to have launched a bid following David Moyes's appointment. Nigeria national team camp is beginning to bubble ahead of preparations for this weekend’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Sudanese senior national team. According to a report from the Eagles camp, ten players have arrived for the make or break fixture in Khartoum. The foreign based professional in camp are Hull City’s Omatsone Aluko, new boy Hope Akpan of Reading FC , Babatunde Michael, Aaron Samuel and Nosa Igiebor.
